We specialise in providing courses that meet the needs both of new managers and those with established management skills who are looking for innovative ways of dealing with issues and situations that continue to be stumbling blocks. We want our courses to meet your needs. We actively seek to involve your individual situation and learning requirements into your course. You can then return to work with new skills learnt in such a way that you will have 'tools' to tackle a situation. This comes particularly through active interaction and practise. We have found using actors is an excellent way of creating a demanding management situation to develop new skills in a supportive environment. This is particularly relevant in the Communication and Conflict course. In addition to our four 'off-the-peg' courses, we can also offer tailored-made training specific to your needs.
